This year's Symposium will be co-hosted with Professor Carl Tobias from the University of Richmond School of Law. This Symposium assembles a broad spectrum of scholars to evaluate the modern federal judicial selection process. This Symposium will discuss the history of the selection process, the role of diversity in selection, and suggest future improvements.
