Description
David Rank, the former acting U.S. ambassador to China, will discuss and answer questions about his experiences in government, his decision to resign, and the current state of the U.S. State Department. After 27 years in diplomacy, Rank resigned in June as the senior U.S. diplomat in China in protest of President Donald Trump's decision to withdraw from the Paris climate accord.
