Description
Entomophagy – the practice of consuming insects – has been touted as one means to address food insecurity. Minilivestock production could supply edible insects, but acceptability and feasibility across contexts requires further evaluation. The Mission to Improve Global Health Through Insects (MIGHTi) is researching the social, environmental, and health implications of minilivestock.
