Join UW Health Mindfulness Program to explore integrating mind, body & spirit through movement & mindfulness. The day will include a variety of movement-based meditation practices including mindful yoga, tai chi & qigong, as well as periods of stillness, reflection & conversation.
All are welcome! Experience with mindfulness, yoga, tai chi or qigong is helpful but not required. Movement is gentle, & participants are encouraged to adapt for any limitations.
