Punishment Outside the Box: Community Supervision in Wisconsin and Beyond. Cecelia Klingele teaches courses in criminal law, Constitutional criminal procedure, policing, sentencing, and corrections. In addition to her teaching and research, Professor Klingele is a faculty associate of the Frank J. Remington Center and the Institute for Research on Poverty.
