This talk begins with a description of how a nuclear reactor works and transitions into a discussion of sustainability in the context of nuclear energy.
Professor Wilson’s research interests focus on developing improved tools for computational modeling of complex nuclear energy systems, with applications in radiation shielding, nuclear waste management, nuclear non-proliferation and energy policy.
