Explore practices designed to cultivate & deepen our connection with “a power of unconditional care from within, that can be deeply healing and sustaining.” These practices are developed by meditation teacher John Makransky, PhD. Our day will include a variety of gentle movement & stillness practices, reflection & conversation. All are welcome. Prior experience with yoga, mindfulness or qigong can be helpful but is not required. All movement practices can be adapted. www.uwhealth.org/mindfulness
