Whenever possible, the university recommends that events and meetings continue to be held virtually; it is highly recommended that in-person events also allow for virtual participation by attendees who choose not to or are unable to participate in person. Offered by UW Health Mindfulness Program for those exploring mindfulness, taking a mindfulness class, or wanting to lean more about the MBSR program. Benefits of mindfulness and structures of our classes will be discussed, with time for questions included.
