Since Fall 2008, undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in a Community-Based Learning Course at UW-Madison (CS 402) have taught thousands of Madison area children about Computational Thinking, Programming, Logic, and Technology (CaTaPuLT). The CaTaPuLT clubs focus on the creative aspects of computation, showing children they can design and implement their own games, stories, and interactive art by programming in Scratch.
