Learn the inside story behind Wisconsin’s official state beverage: milk. Wisconsin dairy farms produce an impressive 24 billion pounds of milk a year. Pamela Ruegg, professor of dairy science, will take us through the process of producing this tasty and nutritious drink. After the presentation, guests will be treated to a glass of Babcock’s own.
