The UW Libraries, Geography Dept and Friends of the Libraries are celebrating the release of: Cartography in the Twentieth Century, v.6 of The History of Cartography series. 4pm - Talk by Project Director Matthew Edney in Room 180. 5-7pm - Reception in the Geography Library. Volume Six will be on display, talk with staff, tour the Arthur H. Robinson Map Library and the Cartography Laboratory. Find out what happened in the pivotal 20th century—from World Wars to the Weather Channel
