Kathy Cramer, UW–Madison professor of political science and director of the Morgridge Center for Public Service, will talk about her upcoming book, The Politics of Resentment: Rural Consciousness in Wisconsin and the Rise of Scott Walker, in which she examines rural resentment toward cities and its implications for contemporary politics in Wisconsin and beyond.
