Try Functional Strength & Stretch, which focuses on bodyweight exercises with an emphasis on stretching for areas that are typically tight from sitting (chest, hamstrings, glutes, etc.). Online registration opens 48 hours in advance and closes 1 hour before class begins. All classes will take place on Zoom, and you will be emailed a link to join the session shortly before the beginning of class.
