Try Core & Glutes, a workout designed to strengthen the core and glute muscles using both targeted and integrated functional exercises. Online registration opens 48 hours in advance and closes 1 hour before class begins. All classes will take place on Zoom, and you will be emailed a link to join the session shortly before the beginning of class.
