As restrictions continue to be lifted, it may feel intimidating to get back to social situations. Loneliness has been its own epidemic on campus for years --- and for many students, social isolation due to the pandemic has been emotionally taxing and stressful. In this workshop, we’ll break down the stigma around loneliness, share tips on how you can combat it, and provide you with a list of resources to utilize on campus.
