Instructor presence and effective communication helps students succeed and minimizes headaches for instructors. Create a transparent and inclusive learning environment by using different means to connect to students.

1. Consider communication strategies to provide students ample opportunity for questions, answers, feedback and guidance.
2. Draft a course communication plan and rhythm to maintain an active presence
