Intro to Group Cycling

Interested in trying out group cycling classes but unsure where to start? This class will get you acquainted with, and provide you with the basics of group cycling so you will feel informed and prepared going into your fist group cycling class! Classes are free but you MUST pre-register to secure you spot.
