Aqua Zumba

A Latin-based workout, integrating dance and exercise while moving to international beats. Come make a splash, feel the music, and join the fun! No dance experience required. Participants must be comfortable in shallow water (~4ft). $10 fee is for drop-in participants without an active Rec Well group fitness pass.
