As the Trump administration takes office, it joins with the previous incoming Bush and Obama administrations in promising to improve U.S.-Russian relations. Andrei Kozyrev, the first Foreign Minister of the newly independent Russian Federation, will discuss his views on the future prospects of the relationship, and examine some of the deep-rooted issues that contribute to current political tensions between our countries.
