Through a discussion of the theory of “learned helpless”, participants will learn how to empower our students to overcome and transform such experiences through the practice of emotional intelligence and the practice of effective team communication techniques. Learn to:
- Understand the most common team dysfunctions students experience when working together on teams.
- Demonstrate emotional intelligence and effective communication skills to overcome poor team dynamics.
